VITAMIN C (ascorbic acid) supports the immune system. During period of peak performance, illness and recovery, the body may require more of this important vitamin, than naturally produced in the liver. In addition to being a potent antioxidant, ascorbic acid attacks damaging free radicals produced naturally, within the body during oxidation and inflammation. It contributes to wound healing, maintenance of capillaries, bones, teeth and absorption of iron, and helps in the formation of collagen in horses.

Directions for use: 2 scoops (10 grams) once or twice daily
